MOREVER's Podcast Launched
Unfiltered conversations with female charity CEOs as they share their leadership stories
MOREVER’s podcast, Leading Lights, aimed to support female leaders in the charity sector and beyond, has gone live!
Hosted by our Managing Director, Abi Mellor, Leading Lights features unfiltered conversations with female charity CEOs as they share their leadership stories.
We’re fierce believers in empowering women to succeed. Our 10 year legacy of work in the charity sector has given us the opportunity to build a profound network of leaders within non-profit organisations. Hosting a podcast allows us to share the rich insights of these mighty leaders for other CEOs and aspiring female leaders to hear.
Our hope is that these conversations capture the attention, inspire girls and women dreaming of a leadership role in the sector, and provide valuable insights for all.
During these free flowing conversations, Abi and her guests discuss the journey to leadership. Our guests share their thoughts about their own path to success, what influenced them to become a leader in the charity sector, the challenges they’ve met and overcome on the path to leadership, and how, in such a busy role, they manage life. All with the aim of helping other women walking the same path to learn what they can do to put themselves in the frame for leadership, without sacrificing work-life balance.
There are 3 episodes of MOREVER’s podcast already available to listen to wherever you prefer to listen to podcasts. They feature the CEOs of 3 charities:

A huge thanks to April, Rachel and Sarah, for being so generous with their time. We were humbled by the insights and experiences that these incredible women shared with us about what life’s really like as the CEO of a charity.
