User-generated content provides a unique glimpse into someone’s life, giving the people that charities and other purpose-led organisations support the opportunity to create their own high-quality films. This method means you can generate content from a wider population of your community, a broader geographical area, or from otherwise inaccessible communities. It empowers contributors to share their voice, shape their own content and tell their own story.

We developed our process for creating user-generated content during the Covid-19 lockdowns while we were unable to travel and film face to face. Our step-by-step approach to this allows us to support your contributors in making their own content. During which, we guide them through the process, giving them feedback on their content in real-time and helping them to create their own, high-quality and engaging content.
